The lead is trying to get a job at the school to dig up a heist buried under a school building, as we see in the very start, yet he is never clever or secretive about anything. And many other characters act the same way. We see him piss, puke, eat like a pig, constant nose-picking, belching, weird nasty gags. The other main issue, besides it being overly cringe, is that the lead is a disgusting gangster. The movie itself is a cheap movie with flat camera work. So the romance is extremely cringe, just unwatchable. We just see characters act silly and never change unless they have to according to the plot. There is no charm or slow development of anything. When someone falls in love for example we see them overact extreme interest in every single scene. Maybe one every 15 scenes is good the rest fall completely flat with bad acting, terrible cringe comedy and cheap cinematography. Yeah, some of these gag scenes are funny in the first 30 minutes of the movie before it drops off a cliff and becomes terrible. It's the kind of flat characters you'd recognize from over the top 80's and 90's teen comedies so unless you think those "nerd teens go to cool party" movies were amazing comedies this may not be for you. So the handsome disgusting gangster, the cute kind teacher, the rebel kids, the sex fixated female roommate/teacher, the gullible principal. It's basically a collection of ridiculous scenes with flat characters. Pretty bad B movie overall, but did have some funny scenes. Not recommended.Reviewed by JurijFedorov 4 / 10 Overly cringe with a few laughs Some scenes were funny, but in the light of two hours it just wasn't worth the watch I must admit. I am fairly certain they will make one at some point with how big of a commercial success this one here turned out. At least they did not fall in love, but maybe we have to watch this in a third movie. And of course would Haase's character and the Asperger boy make a connection somewhat. Of course, he would stay a teacher, even with the embarrassing identity crisis they included. There were just too many laughable coincidences in here and it was also predictable. Unfortunately, I have to criticize the writing in other places again. The possibly biggest revelation here was Jella Haase once again who truly made this character her own and with the way how crass she was it could certainly have become annoying or repetitive at some point, but it did not. This was more due to the writing though than to Riemann giving a convincing performance. The scenes with Uschi Glas were pretty hilarious and Katja Riemann's last scene with our two protagonists was fine too. This sequel works best when it is 100% comedy. It would have been okay if they had taken 1 or 2 and elaborated profoundly on these, but nope. ![]() These were not well-constructed at all I must say and seemed just thrown in randomly to give this film some more relevance. The main problem is exactly the dramatic aspects I just mentioned. ![]() However, they made errors in many other areas in exchange. The good thing is that they did not include generic love story troubles between Zeki and Lisi, which was good. This time it's about a travel as the main character Zeki and some of his class members fly to Thailand. He has worked so much with M'Barek in the past. The writer and director is Bora Dagtekin again. These involve child labor, drug production, Asperger's, neglectful parents, identity crises, crushes on teachers etc. It is a comedy mostly, but there are some dramatic parts included too here and there. The cast includes the core players from the first film, especially M'Barek, Herfurth, Flint and Haase, who basically carry this almost 2-hour film. And looking at audience numbers, it seems that this one could become as much of a hit.
